The position:

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and business development? We are seeking a Manager to lead our growing Managed Services Business. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend operational management with business development, working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and our sales team to drive success and expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services Business Unit, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds SLAs and client expectations.
• Implement and drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency, performance, and service quality.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
• Lead or support the development of customised solutions for clients and manage proposal preparation and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Managed Services professionals.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with business targets.
• Stay abreast of market trends and innovations to keep our services competitive and forward-thinking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an IT related field, or 

• Proven 5 year+ experience in a managerial role within the managed services industry or a related field. 
• Strong operational management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality services. 
• Excellent business development skills, with the ability to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. 
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing and motivating team members. 
• Financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues effectively.
