We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our Business Software team. The selected candidate will lead the implementation of ERP and business software solutions throughout the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, training, deployment and ongoing customer support.
The role also involves providing technical guidance during implementation projects and mentoring junior team members to ensure successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
 Key Responsibilities 
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP and business software solutions.&nbsp;
•	Analyse and document customer requirements, business processes and operational needs.&nbsp;
•	Map business requirements and processes to appropriate system functionality.&nbsp;
•	Design, configure and parameterise systems according to project requirements.&nbsp;
•	Prepare project estimates, plan task durations and assist with resource allocation.&nbsp;
•	Provide direction and technical guidance to project team members.&nbsp;
•	Visit customer sites, when required, to carry out implementation activities.&nbsp;
•	Work closely with Account and Project Managers on customer management and project coordination.&nbsp;
•	Provide pre-sales support when required.&nbsp;
•	Design, develop and document reports based on customer requirements.&nbsp;
•	Conduct user training and prepare supporting training materials.&nbsp;
•	Manage software deployments, upgrades, versions and patches.&nbsp;
•	Provide customer support for implemented solutions and maintain accurate records of the work performed.&nbsp;
•	Maintain clear and up-to-date project and solution documentation using company templates.&nbsp;
•	Mentor junior Implementation Consultants and provide ongoing technical guidance.&nbsp;
•	Support market and product research activities.&nbsp;
•	Assist with the development and quality assurance of customer-facing business functionality when required.&nbsp;
Requirements 
The ideal candidate should:&nbsp;
• Hold an MQF Level 6 degree in Information Technology, Business and IT, Computing, Accounting or another related field.&nbsp;
•	Have at least five years of relevant experience, preferably involving the implementation of ERP or business software solutions.&nbsp;
•	Possess a sound understanding of financial, accounting and standard business processes.&nbsp;
•	Have experience in business requirements analysis, process mapping, system configuration and software implementation.&nbsp;
•	Demonstrate strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.&nbsp;
•	Have excellent customer-facing, communication, presentation and training skills.&nbsp;
•	Be able to guide and mentor junior colleagues.&nbsp;
•	Be organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and project deadlines.&nbsp;
•	Have an excellent command of written and spoken English.&nbsp;
•	Be willing to visit customer sites when required.&nbsp;

Senior ERP Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI &amp; Automation Engineer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for clients, while also supporting customers during and after deployment. This role combines hands-on development with client-facing problem solving.

Renewals Administrator 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Renewals Administrator to join our team on full time basis. This team is responsible for managing the administrative and billing aspects of customer contracting, as well as overseeing recurring sales related to vendor subscriptions, third-party support agreements, and Computime’s own support offerings.
This is a dynamic role that involves close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and both local and foreign suppliers. It requires strong written and verbal communication and coordination skills, a sound understanding of pricing mechanisms, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Administer and track contract renewals, vendor subscriptions, and recurring support agreements.
•	Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email, phone, and online portals.
•	Liaise with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of renewals.
•	Ensure billing and pricing information is up to date and accurate.

We are looking for a Technical Implementation Consultant to join our ComplyRadar Team in the FinTech division. Our ComplyRadar product portfolio encompasses solutions targeting high-end transaction monitoring and compliance requirements. We have built a solid client base in both financial and iGaming industries and are looking to grow our team and expand our market presence further across the globe.&nbsp;
Your primary responsibilities will be to work with clients in the FinTech industries to design, configure and deploy solutions, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the solution. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. The person we are looking for should ideally have a business or computing related degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience working in the industry.&nbsp;
Responsibilities 
•	Analyse and understand business requirements and processes to provide consultancy to clients&nbsp;
•	Design and manage product implementations including the handling of system installations, integration pipelines, rule configurations, business workflows and system upgrades
