Senior Software Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer that works with the product team and implementation team to bridge technical aspects in the project implementation lifecycle.&nbsp; The focus of the available post is on transaction monitoring and case investigation for Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud and Responsible Gaming purposes. As a senior developer you will be working on interesting challenges to develop solutions that can handle large volumes of transactions with flexible and expressive checks, machine learning techniques for anomaly detection, and data visualization for carrying out suspicious transactions investigations.&nbsp;

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Analyse problems, design and implement solutions</li>
	<li>Support the implementation team in technical aspects of project implementations such as integrations, customization and scaling</li>
	<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of features to our products</li>
	<li>Attend to support calls</li>
</ul>

Skills and experience required

<ul>
	<li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in developing in a client/server and web application architectures.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Experience in working on Linux environments</li>
	<li>Experience in web frameworks</li>
	<li>Experience with back-end multi-threading technologies</li>
	<li>Security protocols and implementation of a secure web application through SSL</li>
	<li>SQL and database management</li>
	<li>Solid time-management and communication skills</li>
	<li>Logical thinking</li>
	<li>Methodical and attention to detail&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have

<ul>
	<li>Experience working with React Framework.</li>
	<li>Experience in any of the following languages: GoLang and Java.</li>
	<li>Good web front-end design skills to produce a clean and easy to use experience</li>
	<li>Experience in using big data technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark and timeseries databases</li>
	<li>Knowledge in development and infrastructure management processes like Docker, Ansible, Jenkins</li>

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team of ERP Consultants. This consultancy role will involve the full project life cycle from requirements&rsquo; gathering, through solution build, implementation, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Mapping business requirements, processes and apply the necessary configuration to the ERP system</li>
	<li>Visiting client sites to carry out project implementation tasks</li>
	<li>Implementation of software and configuration of customer solutions</li>
	<li>Participate in deploying upgrades or improve on existing functionality/processes</li>

Requirements

The person we are looking for should:

	<li>Have minimum 3 years of experience of implementing ERP solutions</li>

ERP Implementation Consultant

BRSANALYTICS is the banking solutions brand of Computime Group and is the leading FinTech organisation providing regulatory reporting solutions, trusted by the majority of local credit and financial institutions.

We are currently seeking to recruit anyone who is interested in developing a career in this particular FinTech area. The role will be that of a Senior&nbsp;Implementation Consultant. Following the necessary product training, the role will entail carrying out requirements analysis, systems design, solution configuration and providing user training with leading financial institutions in Malta. The selected person will also be involved in post-project implementation support and in the occasional pre-sales work such as the delivery of demonstrations.

The candidate we are looking for should:

<ul>
	<li>Have a keen interest in FinTech; in this case the application of technology in the regulatory domain</li>
	<li>Have an aptitude for numerate tasks and analysis</li>
	<li>Be confident with data analysis (Pivots / PowerPivots)</li>
	<li>Be willing to undertake training in the local regulatory requirements</li>
	<li>Solid time management</li>
	<li>Have excellent communication and verbal skills, both Maltese and English</li>
	<li>Have a &lsquo;can do&rsquo; attitude and be eager to succeed</li>
	<li>Methodical and attention to detail</li>
	<li>Can work under pressure</li>
	<li>Be a good team player but also willing to work independently on assigned projects</li>
</ul>

Our preferred requirement for this role is having either a tertiary level degree in Banking and Finance, Business and Computing or equivalent experience, <a name="_Hlk146520955">with a keen interest in the financial regulatory space</a>. It is required to have 3 to 5 years in banking or financial institution experience. A Masters is considered a nice to have.
