Software Developer – Business Applications & ERP (.NET)
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team, designing and delivering business applications and ERP solutions.
This is a hands-on technical role with a strong business and consultative dimension. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into well-designed software solutions.
You will work across Acumatica ERP implementations and customizations, custom line-of-business applications, system integrations, and proprietary software products and solutions developed by Computime
We are looking for developers who can look beyond individual technical requirements to understand the business problem behind them. Experience developing or extending ERP systems, financial systems, or substantial line-of-business applications is an important requirement for this role.
What You Bring to the Team
• Proven professional experience developing ERP, financial, or other substantial line-of-business applications.
• The ability to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders to gather, clarify and challenge requirements and help shape appropriate solutions.
• The ability to analyse existing processes and contribute to business process improvement and re-engineering.
• Experience implementing business rules, workflows, integrations and transactional processes.
• A computing-related degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong development experience using C# and .NET, together with strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
We are specifically looking for developers with meaningful experience in business applications who can go beyond simply implementing a technical specification. You should be comfortable understanding the business context, engaging with customers, challenging and refining requirements, and contributing to the design of the right solution.
